Responsibilities include liaising with sales for product needs, updating orders in the ERP system, managing inventory, and preparing monthly reports. Ideal candidates should have a diploma and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Reporting into the Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the inbound sales on orders processing, coordinating deliveries, inventory and sales orders analysis/reporting.
Specifically, you will
You should have at least a Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in logistics. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You should be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, possess good interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate ownership and initiative. Having a Growth mindset, being customer focused and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team are desired attributes.
