Job description

Reporting into the Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the inbound sales on orders processing, coordinating deliveries, inventory and sales orders analysis/reporting.

Specifically, you will

  • Liaise with Sales to understand their needs for the products and providing them with the purchase order analysis for confirmation of purchase quantities.
  • Update orders in the ERP system and place orders with the suppliers
  • Liaise and follow up with supplier on shipping arrangement as well as co-ordinate with freight forwarder and manage custom clearance
  • Manage the Inventory, ensuring that the physical consignment stock and records in the system are accounted for, and undertake investigation when there are discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to Management and Division Managers
  • Coordinate the deployment and utilisation of the Despatch for delivery • Support process improvement to enhance efficiency and undertake cost-benefit analysis on
  • Liaise and follow up with shipping service providers.

You should have at least a Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in logistics. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You should be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, possess good interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate ownership and initiative. Having a Growth mindset, being customer focused and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team are desired attributes.
