Job Subject Title: Executive, Operations Support

Job Summary:

• $3800-$4500

Job Responsibilities:

• Part of Operations Support team to provide backoffice Sales & Distribution support to business users.

• Sales order (SO) processing: Update and maintain sales order data for all sales order types in SAP and other databases.

• Delivery Order (DO) processing: Update and maintain delivery/ service acceptance status and documentation in SAP and other databases.

• Track and monitor the end-to-end fulfilment of all sales activities till payment receipt.

• Prepare routine reports and presentation materials relating to Sales & Distribution. Other general administration work as tasked upon.

Additional Information:

• Diploma or above in any field.

• 2 years or more of relevant SAP experience is preferred but not mandatory.
