A Private Advertiser is seeking an Operations Executive – Security to manage security services across multiple sites in Singapore. This role involves supervising officers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining site security. Candidates should have a Diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive – Security to assist in the daily management and operational oversight of security services across multiple sites. This role involves supervising deployed security officers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining a high level of site security and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily security operations across assigned sites.
Schedule and deploy security officers in accordance with manpower needs and site requirements.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure guard performance, SOP compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and conduct of all deployed personnel.
Liaise with clients to address feedback, concerns, or incidents; provide timely resolution and follow-up.
Handle incident reporting, investigations, and the implementation of corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with PLRD (Police Licensing & Regulatory Department) requirements, including licensing, training, and deployment standards.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination for new security officers.
Maintain accurate records of rosters, reports, and operational logs.
Support audit and licensing activities, including site readiness and documentation.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma and Above
At least 2 years of experience in security operations or similar roles.
Familiarity with Singapore’s Security Industry Regulations and PLRD licensing.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with irregular hours (including weekends/public holidays when required).
Possession of Security Supervisor (SS) or Senior Security Officer (SSO) license preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and rostering systems
