As an entry-level Operations Executive (Merchant Success), you will play a crucial role in supporting the merchant growth and churn prevention. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Success:

  • Build trusted relationships with our Business Development Executive.

  • Actively monitor the implementation of our solution in our merchants’ business.

  • Contribute ideas and insights to improve merchant engagement and growth.

  • Be the voice of our merchants by providing valuable feedback received on our products and services.

  • Take ownership and pride in driving merchant success at scale, by identifying common trends and needs of our merchants.

Data Analysis:

  • Collect and analyse operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key performance indicators.

  • Assist in making data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.

Process Optimization:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of streamlined processes.

  • Identify and propose solutions to operational challenges.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

  • Support project teams in the implementation of new processes or initiatives.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of operational activities.

  • Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
