With a reputation for excellence in high-end spoken English training, we are expanding and looking for a passionate and detail-oriented operations professional to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Executive / Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our learning programs, proficient spoken English teaching skills for the training, supporting the growth of our business, and enhancing the experience of our learners and teaching team.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee daily operations of online and offline classes
  • Coordinate class schedules, student placements, and teacher arrangements
  • Manage customer inquiries and support across platforms (WeChat, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
  • Monitor student progress and assist in maintaining high satisfaction and retention rates
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, info sessions, and student engagement activities
  • Support data reporting and performance tracking of teaching staff and course results
  • Work closely with the teaching and marketing teams to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure service quality aligns with Lion English’s premium brand positioning
  • Teaching when necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications or related fields
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, or teaching in English field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (for communication with students and parents)
  • Experience in EdTech, online education, or premium service operations is a plus
