Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Registration of new patients and collection of payments with accuracy and precision.
  2. Ability to dispense medication/consumables independently.
  3. Administrative tasks such as patient registration, interviews, maintaining accurate patient medical records, and scheduling appointments.
  4. Manage operational matters, including prioritizing prepaid customers and ensuring excellent service for health screening clients.
  5. Sorting and checking medical reports, and ensuring timely delivery to all company clients.
  6. Welcoming and greeting patients, agents, clients, or visitors in person or over the phone, and responding to inquiries courteously and professionally.
  7. Answering the company phone with proper etiquette and maintaining a polite, consistent manner.
  8. Checking and replying to company emails and WhatsApp messages promptly as necessary.
  9. Facilitating patient flow by collaborating effectively with the team and understanding each station within the operational flow.
  10. Performing clinical duties such as taking blood pressure, measuring height and weight, checking visual acuity, conducting pregnancy urine tests, filling forms, and facilitating patient health declarations.
  11. Maintaining adequate stock of medical office supplies by anticipating needs, notifying superiors of low inventory, and monitoring equipment like blood pressure machines and weighing scales.
  12. Carrying out cleaning duties within the company premises.
  13. Completing assigned duties efficiently within the given time, as directed by the Operations Manager & General Manager.
  14. Performing any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Career Advancement:

Suitable candidates who meet the company's expectations and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of medical operations will be groomed and promoted to Assistant Operations Manager within 1 to 1.5 years.
