You will handle the daily policy processing of Life Insurance.
You will liaise with the respective insurers to process commission payments to our financial advisers.
You will work together as a team to ensure that the daily operations run efficiently and smoothly; this includes, but not limited to accurate data entry, timely revision of forms, close follow-ups with insurance partners and financial advisers on policy documentations, etc.
You will be involved in the continuous efforts in business process and system enhancements by taking the initiative to review and gather feedback from users, and to propose for improvements.
You will be assigned any adhoc tasks as and when necessary.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline.
Process-oriented and service-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous and good with follow-throughs.
Proactive and take initiatives.
Knowledge or operations experience in insurance/wealth management will be an advantage.
Knowledge of process automation platforms, robotic process automation (RPA), or experience with coding and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, or other automation tools) will be an advantage.
