Job summary

A trading company in Singapore is looking for a support role in iron ore trading operations. You will be responsible for managing contracts, documentation, and cross-team coordination. Job description

As a member of the iron ore trading team at Winning Resources Trading (S) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Winning International Group, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in iron ore trading, ensuring the smooth execution of contracts, documentation, and coordination across teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Follow up on routine processes such as contracts, orders, payments, and documentation, ensuring accuracy of information;

  2. Organize and maintain various business data, records, and spreadsheets to support report preparation and system entry;

  3. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external departments to facilitate contract execution;

  4. Assist with meeting arrangements, guest reception, document compilation, and file archiving;

  5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics, Finance, or related fields;

  2. 2–3 years of relevant experience in iron ore contract execution and documentation handling;

  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to read both English and Chinese documents (as the case may require for communication with Chinese counterparts);

  4. Strong communication and coordination skills;

  5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and equipped with a strong sense of service and team spirit.
