Senior Executive – Service Operations (Patient Experience Improvement)

About the Role:
Join a dynamic Service Operations team dedicated to driving service excellence and enhancing patient experiences. Reporting to the Section Head, you will play a key role in developing and implementing patient-centric initiatives that support a culture of 'Incredible Care'. This role involves stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, and change management to improve service delivery across clinics and wards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with clinic and ward managers to identify service improvement areas through feedback and data insights
• Design and implement change management plans aligned with the service delivery framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed initiatives into daily operations
• Monitor initiative outcomes and provide data-driven recommendations for refinement
• Develop, manage, and track initiative timelines and progress

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in operations, healthcare, or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools and a keen interest in change management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
• Team player with a passion for improving patient care and experience
