Responsibilities

• Handling of logistics for in-gauge shipments by air, ocean and road.
• Quoting, organizing, billing, documentation, operating and executing shipments from door to door (unless otherwise stated).
• Following up for rates and corresponding with various associates, i.e. airlines, carriers, co-loaders, suppliers, overseas offices/agents.
• Maintaining and regularly validating all costs/pricing information from co-loaders and other service providers.
• Communicating with all departments involved in completing quotations.
• Performing other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager.
• Following ISO directions from the Company.
• Acting safely to ensure your own welfare and that of your fellow colleagues based on the defined health & safety targets.
• Focusing on continuously reducing Blue Water's environmental impact based on the defined environmental targets.

Your Role
