A leading company in facilities management seeks an experienced coordinator to manage logistics and documentation for various projects. This role involves scheduling meetings, facilitating operations, and ensuring smooth delivery of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a readiness to work on weekends and visit job sites as needed.
Job responsibilities:
· Coordinating the order and delivery of materials to job sites
· Schedule meetings for senior management team and book conference rooms as needed
· Prepare agendas for monthly staff meetings and work with our Administrative Assistant to schedule
· Handle company conference and event logistics, including booking rooms, choosing vendors, inviting guests and booking travel arrangements if necessary
· Dispatching subcontractors and equipment
· Facilitating weekly operations meetings
· Coordinating equipment maintenance
· Maintain project documentation in accordance to IMS requirements.
Requirements:
· Preferably at least 3+ years of working experience in building, facilities and defect management.
· Problem-solver.
· A good team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.
· Possess high level of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Must need to work on Weekends
· Must need to go for Site if needed
