Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrator to manage client facility operations. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance services, managing work orders in SAP, and verifying overtime. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of office support experience and strong communication skills. The position requires being on-call after office hours for emergencies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office/administrative support.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/manufacturing/office is a plus.
  • Able to respond to emergencies after hours.

  • Manage client’s facility operations.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Manager to manage client’s facility operations
  • Daily record keeping for system break down
  • Work order arrangement and new work order creation in SAP system
  • Check and verify workers’ overtime
  • Trace third parties’ quotation for verification of cost saving and support for projects
  • Attend to urgent calls
  • Supervise routine maintenance services
  • Interact with external customers, companies and/or regulatory authorities
  • Assist in site and system inspections
  • Ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office / administrative support
  • Team player with good communication and people skills
  • Experience in pharmaceutical / manufacturing / office is a plus
  • Works at designated properties during business hours but is required to be on call after office hours in cases of emergency situations
