A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Facilities and Warehouse Supervisor. This full-time role involves overseeing facility maintenance, security management, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have a diploma and relevant experience, particularly in regulated environments. The company offers competitive pay and additional benefits including a 13th month salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Security, Cleanliness, and Maintenance
Ensure all factory facilities (fire systems, building safety, security systems, etc.) are maintained according to regulatory requirements and company standards.
Supervise and coordinate security guard operations and liaise with third-party security service providers.
Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all public and operational areas in the factory, including supervising cleaning and pest control service providers.
Monitor the condition of buildings, utilities, and equipment; coordinate repair and preventive maintenance work.
Maintain proper documentation for building inspections, license renewals (e.g. fire safety, gas/diesel storage), and agency visits (MOM, NEA, SFA, SCDF).
Manage gardening and external maintenance services.
Oversee entry/exit control for all visitors, contractors, vendors, and authorities.
Track and report weekly/monthly updates on facility performance, manpower attendance, and duty rosters.
Maintain secure management of all building access keys.
Warehouse Monitoring and Support
Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping.
Perform periodic warehouse inspections to ensure orderliness, safety, and facility condition.
Monitor inventory movements and ensure proper documentation and accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods.
Liaise with the warehouse team to support smooth local, export, and online order fulfillment.
Provide operational backup and override authority for warehouse heads when required.
Participate in the evaluation and development of warehouse staff performance and efficiency.
Other Duties
Stand in for relevant roles as assigned, including support on logistics and order processing.
Accept additional tasks or job scope adjustments based on company needs.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or relevant field of study.
At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Must have experience inbuilding andfacility maintenance, security management,with minimum basic experience in warehouse operations in an operational environment.
Candidates with extensive warehouse experience will be preferred.
Prior experience in a food factory or regulated production environment is a plus.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
