Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day cleaning and pest control operations, ensuring on-time delivery of services that meet company and clients’ standards.
Manage cleaners and pest control technicians for efficient service delivery, including manpower and resource allocation, scheduling, attendance taking etc.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to perform at their best and adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
Conduct checks and safety risk assessments to ensure all operations are compliant with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Resolve all matters/incidents on site, e.g., conflict management and service recovery, preparation of incident reports.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries/complaints and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Develop pest control plans tailored to clients’ needs, advising them on best practices to prevent future occurrences.
Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and servicing/maintenance of equipment.
Track and report on service performance and financials.
Other duties/projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or related field.
Must have valid Class 3/3A driving license.
Prior experience and knowledge in pest control is preferred.
A valid NEA Vector Control Technician Licence will be advantageous.
Must be able to work on weekends and early hours.
Willing to get your hands dirty on the job.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management, able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work well both independently and in a team.
