Our client, a Switzerland Luxury company is looking for Business Operations Executive Cum Executive Assistant to join them!
Job Scope
Handle and organize invoices between Switzerland and the company.
Manage invoice processing between the company and its retailers.
Track and ensure timely payments from retailers to the company.
Oversee shipments between Switzerland and the designated region.
Coordinate internal shipments and deliveries within Singapore.
Assist in travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flight reservations, and planning for the management team.
Work with hotels to arrange training accommodations, including negotiating competitive room rates.
Support the Marcomms department with event-related logistics, including shipment coordination, carnet applications, and visual merchandising assets.
Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating with contractors (cleaning, AC, etc.), and handling food and beverage orders and payments.
Provide administrative support for the managing director, including handling emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
Be available to assist colleagues and staff with various needs as they arise.
Requirement
At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role within a luxury, premium brand, or a related industry.
Location: Orchard (Walking Distance from MRT)
Working Day: Mon - Fri
