Our client, one of the largest and leading commodity trading firms, is looking to hire a Financial Operations Executive. This role involves supporting pre-deal and post-deal activities, such as preparing provisional invoices, cargo and freight invoicing, handling trade-related payments, performing bank account verifications, and issuance & payments of settlement invoices.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 1-3 years administrative experience in handling physical trade related operations, shipping, supply chain and/or other related logistics operations, preferably in the energy industry
• Good knowledge of trade/swaps settlements
• Good proficiency level and experience with IT applications, such as Excel and physical commodity ETRM systems.
• Meticulous, good team player, proactive, organized and ability to multi-task.
