As an Operations Executive (Clinic Facilities), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities
  • Oversee maintenance and operations of clinic buildings, equipment, and grounds.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage facility staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Handle budget and resource management, including inventory and supplies.
  • Streamline operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
  • Develop and implement emergency response and safety plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare reports on maintenance activities and track work orders.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate activities concerned with operation, repair, maintenance and construction of facilities, equipment and grounds to minimize interruption and improve efficiency.
  • Familiar with Workplace Health and Safety Act and advice related WSH on site matters.
Requirements
  • Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or any related field
  • Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage
