Key responsibilities

• Reporting to Operations Manager.
• Liaise with internal teams (sales/technicians), customers and stakeholders to plan and execute project requirements in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on the key features and functions of the in-house, high-performance products.
• Update customer on work progress and address any onsite customer queries.
• Attend site meetings and activities where needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, project and site-specific requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Key requirements

• No minimum experience required. Guidance and training provided.
• Experience in service-related industries an advantage.
• Energetic and friendly; willing to travel to different customer locations.
• Sense of urgency to support customer needs.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive learning attitude and able to commit for growth in a competitive industry.
