Job description

Operation Executive – Airfreight Import

• Salary Range: $3,000 – $4,000
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 6 PM, 5.25 days (Alt Sat 8:30 AM to 1 PM)
• Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Scope

• To execute import shipments process in an efficient and effective manner.
• Billing invoices to generated accurately, timely and sent out promptly to customers to facilitate efficient payments by customers
• Perform checks on the approval cargo clearance permit/cargo conditions before releasing to Warehouse/ Traffic
• Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, carrier, co-loaders, transporters and overseas agents)
• Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
