• Location: Tuas

• Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Salary: Up to $4,500 + Transport Allowance

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day project execution, site operations, and team performance within the construction equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Head of Operations in daily operations and task coordination

• Oversee project execution from planning to completion, including manpower and logistics

• Conduct site surveys, inspections, safety briefings, and user training

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and customer requirements

• Prepare documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, and service reports

• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and professional engineers

• Manage asset tracking, inventory reconciliation, and reporting

• Drive team productivity and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Class 3 Driving License and own vehicle

• Able to read architectural/structural drawings

• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills

• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and AutoCAD is a plus

• Experience in construction or related industries preferred
