Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the overall project management lifecycle from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
  • Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Assist in the procurement of necessary resources, materials, and services required for project implementation.
  • Manage logistical arrangements such as venue booking, transportation, accommodation, and catering for events.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the events industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in work output.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
