Job summary

L G L GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive to support the daily operations of a manufacturing plant at Jurong Food Hub.

You will coordinate production activities, assist in manpower deployment, monitor inventories, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards to sustain smooth production processes. The role requires a diploma in operations or manufacturing with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong organisational skills, and good communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of operational/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or food production environments is an advantage.

Job Summary

The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure smooth production processes, efficient manpower coordination, inventory control, and compliance with operational and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with different departments to support production efficiency and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily manufacturing plant operations and production activities.
• Coordinate production schedules and monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Support manpower planning and deployment for daily operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Prepare operational reports, production records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments for operational support.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and report operational abnormalities.
• Support implementation of SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain proper inventory records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness standards within the plant.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
