Expectation of the roles and responsibilities: Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or coordination roles, preferably in interior design, landscaping, or A&A works.
- Attend site meetings and conduct daily toolbox talks with workers.
- Plan schedules using scheduling software and coordinate daily activities across multiple sites.
- Manage client communications regarding site progress and promptly respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or other channels.
- Coordinate logistics for transporting materials and equipment, track material usage, and liaise with subcontractors and specialists.
- Handle administrative tasks such as submitting safety documentation, including safe work procedures, method statements, and risk assessments prior to work commencement.
- Implement risk management and ensure site safety compliance.
- Monitor workers' progress to meet monthly targets, and prepare catch-up schedules if necessary.
- Work effectively in a team and suggest improvements for coordination methods.
- Preference for candidates who can read construction drawings (Revit, Autodesk, AutoCAD).
- Assist the Project Manager with site surveys, measurements, and attend official handover meetings for completed sites.
- Provide feedback on workers' productivity and compliance issues to the Project Manager.
- Identify site issues and propose solutions during weekly internal project meetings.
- Report on workers' attitudes and recommend disciplinary actions for safety violations or conflicts.
