Job Description:

The Executive, Operations supports the daily coordination and implementation of enrichment

programmes across preschools, ensuring smooth registration processes, timely communication, logistics

support, and administrative efficiency. The role works closely with preschools, vendors, and internal

teams to assist in delivering effective programme operations, including managing student enrolments,

withdrawals, and payment processing.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Manager and team in day-to-day operational tasks for enrichment
  • programmes.
  • Support and process student registrations and withdrawals accurately and in a timely manner,
  • including updating internal systems and notifying relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with schools and programme vendors to coordinate schedules and assist with
  • cancellations, rescheduling, or replacement classes.
  • Help to distribute enrichment programme details to schools and parents.
  • Respond to general enquiries from centres or parents, and escalate complex issues when
  • necessary.
  • Support logistics and coordination for external camps and programme events.
  • Assist in the preparation of student invoices and vendor payment processing, ensuring accuracy
  • and compliance with finance protocols.
  • Coordinate internal teacher replacements and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Work as part of the operations team to ensure effective coordination across departments and
  • contribute to the smooth execution of all operational processes.
  • Generate simple enrolment or operational reports as needed.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the manager to support programme operations

Job Requirements:


  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or operational roles is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong interest in operations are welcome to apply.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact with both internal and
  • external stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset when handling day-to-day operational matters.
  • Experience with logistics coordination for events, programmes, or camps is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar software for documentation and reporting.
  • A team player with a positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in education or enrichment-related operations is preferred.
