Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and Coordinate Terminal Operations: Oversee quay and container yard activities to ensure efficient handling of vessels and adherence to operational timelines.
• Plan and Allocate Resources: Utilize the latest Terminal Operations System to plan manpower and equipment deployment for 24/7, high-volume operations.
• Lead and Motivate Teams: Manage and inspire a team of equipment specialists to achieve service standards while ensuring safety and productivity.
• Support Process Improvement: Identify operational issues, recommend solutions, and participate in ongoing process enhancements to maintain industry-leading performance.
• Professional Development: Engage in a 1-year structured traineeship program focused on building leadership, operational, and communication skills within a dynamic, innovative environment.

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Diploma from a local polytechnic or GCE A Levels with at least 2 H1 and 2 H2 passes.
• Shift Readiness: Willing and able to perform rotating shift duties (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
• Team and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
