Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operation, preferably in subcon or driver management.
• Experience in private bus industry is preferred.
• Able to prioritize and multitask between Operations and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and crews, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Handle incidents and update CMS as needed.
• Assist in route planning and report preparation.

Experience / Qualifications

• Preferred Diploma / Degree or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operation, preferably in subcon or driver management

• Experience in private bus industry is preferred

• Good team player, interpersonal skills, full of initiatives with sense of ownership

• Good problem-solving and organizational skills

• Able to prioritize and multitask between Operations and Customer Service role

• Able to start work as early as 0630hrs or 0700hrs (local and/or international school)

• 5 days work week

• Fast pace work environment

• Able to commute from school to office at Ubi few times during working hours

• Good communication skills
