  • Maintain daily and monthly reports.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and liaise with service team to process customer’s order accurately and timely based on work order.
  • Maintains effectively day to day contact with customers and vendors in order to update business activities. Ensure accuracy and timeliness when keying sales order entries
  • Provide administrative sales support to sales team.
  • Data entry and filing.
  • Handling of purchase orders (PO), issuing delivery orders (DO), invoice and etc.
  • Maintaining daily and monthly report.
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
  • Providing sales coordination work and support to sales team
  • Handle tele-sales and email enquiry
  • Other general admin duties as assigned

Job Requirement :

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Lab sales, sales support or customer service in science industry
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Efficient time management skills with the ability to stay focused on primary business objective in a fast-paced environment
  • To be able to work well with teams and have a proactive attitude. and have a proactive attitude.
