Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and enforce Company Policies and Procedures within the office.
- Perform routine administrative duties, update and maintain data and records accurately. Serve as backup to other office personnel as needed.
- Assist visitors with information or referrals. Handle correspondence and emails from customers and clients.
- Order, ship, and receive supplies and equipment; organize and maintain materials for accessibility. Conduct monthly inventory control and reconciliation.
- Create and prepare replenishment orders, coordinate with 3PL for picking and tracking until goods are issued.
- Conduct quality and final inspections, ensure items are labeled and stored correctly in designated areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, report product status, especially for out-of-stock or high inventory items.
- Maintain current inventory levels, track orders, investigate issues, and assist with monthly stocktaking.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience as an Operations Executive or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong analytical abilities and clear communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
