Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and enforce Company Policies and Procedures within the office.
  • Perform routine administrative duties, update and maintain data and records accurately. Serve as backup to other office personnel as needed.
  • Assist visitors with information or referrals. Handle correspondence and emails from customers and clients.
  • Order, ship, and receive supplies and equipment; organize and maintain materials for accessibility. Conduct monthly inventory control and reconciliation.
  • Create and prepare replenishment orders, coordinate with 3PL for picking and tracking until goods are issued.
  • Conduct quality and final inspections, ensure items are labeled and stored correctly in designated areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report product status, especially for out-of-stock or high inventory items.
  • Maintain current inventory levels, track orders, investigate issues, and assist with monthly stocktaking.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience as an Operations Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong analytical abilities and clear communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to meet different expectations, predict, understand, and manage own and others’ emotions for effective communication.
  • Good work attitude, reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, helpful, and self-motivated.
