Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations at various job sites.
  2. Effective instruction and management of site supervisors/cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations covering required areas.
  3. Help out with onsite work whenever necessary.
  4. Planning of manpower, scheduling, attendance taking, etc.
  5. Resolving all matters/incidents on site, e.g., conflict management and service recovery, preparation of incident reports.
  6. Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
  7. Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Facilities Management or other discipline.
  2. At least 2-3 years’ experience in cleaning/facilities management industries.
  3. Must be able to work on weekends.
  4. Must have class 3/3A driving license.
  5. Must be willing to get your hands dirty to do onsite work when there is manpower shortage.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); IT savvy.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  8. Excellent time management.
  9. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work well both independently and in a team.
  10. Salary range 2k7 - 3k5 exclusive KPI.
