Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations at various job sites.
- Effective instruction and management of site supervisors/cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations covering required areas.
- Help out with onsite work whenever necessary.
- Planning of manpower, scheduling, attendance taking, etc.
- Resolving all matters/incidents on site, e.g., conflict management and service recovery, preparation of incident reports.
- Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
- Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Facilities Management or other discipline.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in cleaning/facilities management industries.
- Must be able to work on weekends.
- Must have class 3/3A driving license.
- Must be willing to get your hands dirty to do onsite work when there is manpower shortage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); IT savvy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work well both independently and in a team.
- Salary range 2k7 - 3k5 exclusive KPI.
