Role Description

The Operations Executive supports the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing docents and providing positive guest experiences.


Role Responsibilities
  • Assist in the general operations of the Jurassic World (JW) Experience and manage docents.
  • Be responsible for the daily opening and closing of JW’s show and reports.
  • Provide Level 1 technical assistance to rectify basic faults of interactive stations.
  • Assign daily duty stations to Docents.
  • Coordinate and facilitate VIP visits.
  • Manage queue lines for venue attractions.
  • Facilitate the use of interactive stations for guests.
  • Ensure a positive visitor experience.

Required Education and Experience
  • Experience in entertainment events and exhibitions.
  • Interest and aptitude in event planning, retail, logistics, or related fields.
  • Responsible, resilient, and willing to work on rotating weekends.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential data.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Experience managing people in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
