Job description
Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all clinics to ensure smooth functioning
- Ensure all clinic premises meet regulatory requirements and operating standards
- Implement and maintain best operational practices across all clinics
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all clinics
- Monitor adherence to clinic SOPs to ensure compliance by all staff members
- Address patient feedback in a timely and organized manner
- Perform baseline troubleshooting and maintenance of clinic and IT equipment
Staffing & Manpower Management
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage staffing arrangements, including organizing cover for staff on medical leave or other absences
Purchasing and Inventory Control
- Oversee regular stock-taking procedures and conduct an annual inventory count
- Ensure inventory is properly managed, and approve purchase orders upon confirmation from the Director
Business Support
- Verify invoices for account payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Approve staff leave applications in a timely manner
- Conduct staff induction sessions focused on operational processes and procedures
Others
- Plan and assist with the setup and implementation of new clinics
- Ensure all operational and administrative paperwork and documentation are maintained in an orderly manner
- Any other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by the Director
