About the role

Yarrow Medical Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and organized Operations Executive to join our team in the East Region. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of our medical supplies manufacturing and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate and manage the procurement, inventory, and logistics functions to ensure efficient materials flow and on-time delivery of products

2. Monitor and optimise production and warehouse operations to improve productivity and minimise costs

3. Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers and customers to address any issues or concerns

4. Analyse operational data, including financial statements, and prepare regular reports for management

5. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations

6. Supervise and train the operations team to maintain high standards of performance

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing or medical/healthcare industry

2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders

4. Proficient in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and data analysis tools (e.g. Business Central 360, SAP)

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

6. Minimum Diploma level in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field
