A leading company in the architectural and interior industry is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to optimize routes, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, relevant experience, and the ability to work under pressure. 3M Authorised Distributor with more than 30 years of experience in the industry dealing with Architectural & Interior : Wallcoverings and Laminates, Glass & Glazing, Flooring & Anti-Slip, Sun Control & Security Window Film, Water Purification for Commercial & Residential, Large Format Printing.
Responsibilities
Assign jobs and tasks to the appropriate Technical teams daily, considering their skillsets and attendance availability.
Plan / Schedule efficient and cost-effective routes for the transportation of workers and goods deliveries.
Address issues related to route planning, such as unexpected delays, manpower changes or customer’s request.
Monitor schedule progress and make adjustments to the schedule as and when required to ensure timely completion.
Optimize available resources to achieve maximum Productivity Output.
Maintain accurate and up to date records of schedules and productivity data.
Responsible for the Productivity Report.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and problem solving skills.
Experience in construction or logistics industries an advantage.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented.
