Job summary

Job description

- Supervise daily operations of the department and enhance worker efficiency for growth-oriented programs.

- Maintain and provide effective backup to the supply department, ensuring all internal and external needs are met.

- Train workers and upgrade their technical skills.

- Analyze performance issues and implement measures to prevent losses.

- Must be driven, possess a positive work attitude, be willing to get hands dirty, and have a keen eye for detail. Excellent personal presentation and problem-solving skills are essential. Computer literacy is a must.

- Having a vehicle is a plus. Manage operations to ensure quality service delivery to clients. Oversee both Service and Construction sectors to ensure smooth operations.

- Responsible for employee standards and staff attitude.

- Manage recruitment, training, and staffing replacements. Prepare attendance rosters and work schedules.

- Prepare project updates within deadlines and delegate tasks to employees.

- Support and implement improvement methods.

- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Visit sites, monitor projects, and liaise with client representatives.
