Key Responsibilities
- Customer Forecast Planning: Collect, align, and maintain customer forecasts. Coordinate with supply chain and vendors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Delivery Coordination: Prepare delivery documentation (DO, invoices, packing lists, etc.), manage shipment schedules, and liaise with logistics partners.
- Sales Support Documentation: Assist the sales team with quotations, order confirmations, client onboarding paperwork, and other documentation tasks.
- Account Management: Act as the day-to-day contact for clients—addressing queries, managing expectations, and following through on deliverables.
- Internal Liaison: Serve as the key bridge between clients and internal departments like sales, supply chain, and finance.
- Continuous Improvement: Help identify workflow improvements and support smoother operational processes.
