Job description

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in the smooth functioning of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Administrative & Communication Support

  • Be the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries, delivering prompt and courteous responses.

  • Manage records, correspondence, and documentation with precision and care.

Facilities & Asset Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the asset management system.

  • Oversee the booking, upkeep, and welcoming setup of guest rooms to maintain a high standard of hospitality.

Coordination & Operational Excellence

  • Support the Section Lead and Management in executing ad-hoc tasks, special projects, and operational initiatives.

  • Assist in streamlining internal processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma-qualified in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • Experienced — with at least 2 years in operations or administrative roles
  • A great communicator — fluent in both English and Mandarin (essential for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confident in using digital tools
  • Meticulous and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of initiative
  • Holds a Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory)
