Job Description

Reporting to the Operation Lead of Independent Dependent Partners, this role is crucial in agency administration processes. You will manage partner payments, monitor renewal activities, and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth IDP operations.

What You Will Do
  • Track renewal opportunities and maintain a strong Renewal Pipeline.
  • Assist BDMs with renewal handling.
  • Liaise with BDMs to facilitate endorsement processes for insurance coverage changes, including adding/removing coverage, adjusting limits, and updating policy details.
  • Support Sales team with operational duties, such as passing endorsements and checking policy statuses.
  • Handle agency inquiries on online sales platforms.
  • Reconcile and submit Monthly Sales Commission Reports for Account Holders.
  • Work with BDMs and Finance to ensure accurate and timely partner payouts, verifying calculations, monitoring schedules, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain documentation and records of financial transactions for compliance and audits.
  • Manage post-sales campaign processes, including finalizing and processing incentive payouts with LOB Managers.
  • Gather and consolidate feedback from stakeholders to understand event objectives.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendor, supplier, and venue relationships for event execution.
  • Oversee logistical aspects of events, including catering, AV, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Ensure events are within budget while maximizing value.
  • Track expenses and report regularly to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate event registration and maintain attendee records.
  • Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown for a seamless experience.
  • Provide administrative support for training, including CPD accreditation and materials.
  • Collect feedback post-events to evaluate success and identify improvements.
  • Prepare post-event reports and analyze performance metrics.
  • Assist with IDP ad hoc and monthly reporting.
  • Manage all agency documentation filing and housekeeping.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager to support departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications

What you will need:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of related experience, preferably with knowledge of BD and agency operations in insurance.
  • Experience in business development/direct sales and knowledge of non-life insurance is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent client management, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong multitasking, project management, presentation skills, and business acumen.
  • Collaborative, reliable team player with resilience and integrity.
  • Able to travel within agency areas as needed.
