Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Planning logistic fleet operations for taxi & PHC hiring of vehicles.
2. Manage a team of staff in daily operational needs, e.g., daily allocation and driver management.
3. Scripting to generate drivers and trip information for various operations, e.g., Driver Affairs, Technical, Fleet Safety (e.g., accident count, driver movement, allocation, and attrition numbers).
4. Provide support for operations maintenance of Driver’s Incentive and Rental Contract scheme.
5. Liaise with Land Transport Authority on fleet operations data.
6. Liaise with Department of Statistics (Consumer Index) and Sustainability report with ComfortDelGro group.
7. Collate and manage Point to Point (P2P) reporting.
8. Improve processes and manage data to provide analysis.
9. Any ad hoc duties assigned in daily operational matters.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma and above.
2. Background in customer service is a plus.
3. IT savvy with Microsoft skills.
4. Good writing and communication skills.
5. Problem-solving mindset.
