A leading coffee specialists company is seeking an Administrative Support to assist the Head of Coffee. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, communications with teams, and organizing coffee project documentation. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma in Business Administration, excellent organizational skills, and a keen interest in the coffee industry.
Provide full administrative support to the Head of Coffee, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and relevant coffee project documentation
Assist in tracking and organizing coffee product development timelines, sampling, and feedback processes
Coordinate internal communications with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, procurement, production)
Maintain accurate filing systems, inventory lists, and supplier or vendor records related to coffee operations
Support event planning, coffee tastings, and training logistics
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Handle other ad-hoc tasks or special projects as assigned by the Head of Coffee
Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
Interest or basic knowledge in coffee or F&B industry is an advantage
