Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full administrative support to the Head of Coffee, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination

  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and relevant coffee project documentation

  • Assist in tracking and organizing coffee product development timelines, sampling, and feedback processes

  • Coordinate internal communications with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, procurement, production)

  • Maintain accurate filing systems, inventory lists, and supplier or vendor records related to coffee operations

  • Support event planning, coffee tastings, and training logistics

  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables

  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks or special projects as assigned by the Head of Coffee

Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Interest or basic knowledge in coffee or F&B industry is an advantage
