A leading company in facilities maintenance seeks an operational assistant to support the Operation Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring staff compliance, operational readiness of equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards across various project sites. Ideal candidates will have experience in staff management and a commitment to hygienic practices.
Main duty is to assist the Operation Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations at different project sites:
- Oversee that staff report to their duties
- Check each station to ensure that equipment is ready for operation
- Ensure that the cleaning machines are operationally ready and hygiene maintained
- Upkeep the cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities
- Perform all the tasks and assist staff who are unable to complete their duties on time
- Conduct and implement good hygienic practices for staff to follow
