Job description

Responsibilities

1. Report to Managing Director

2. Work closely with Senior Operations Executive

3. Work closely with vendor's customer success rep for technical issues/glitches.

4. Direct to and liase with consultants for ask expert requests from mobile application.

5. Proficient in MS Excel to churn out reports for clients using the automated pre-built calculators.

6. Reponsive and contactable at all times.

7. Coordinate marketing events when required, including overseas arrangements.

8. Any other administrative duties assigned by managers and consultants i.e., taking

minutes in Zoom/Teams meetings in MS Word and facilitating Clients' technical issues

9. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) when required, e.g., in the event of application

updates to ensure smooth running of app with test script on excel.

10. Be prepared to be present at the office premises at least 03 days in the workweek and

attend all meetings and discussions, including on-site and off-site.

11. Be prepared to travel as part of ChangeLeader team, and to coordinate all

arrangements if the need requires

12. Team player and be able to work independently.

13. High attention to detail, and customer-oriented and able to demonstrate proficiency in Excel and MS Office Applications

14. Suggest improvements to operations flow every quarter

15. Demonstrated commitment to data-protection and client confidentiality and employee

accepts and agrees to such hiring, engagement, and employment, subject to the

general supervision and pursuant to the orders, advice, and direction of employer.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma holder (or equivalent).
  • Fresh graduates with little or no professional experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Strong interest in administrative functions and office management.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Tools is a plus
