Job Description

We are seeking an Operation Executive to join our office based in Singapore. As an Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to the Operations Department of our company. You are responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating activities, and outbound duties for our company. You are required to work closely with the Operations Team Lead to provide comprehensive solutions and contribute to the achievement of the team’s objectives.

Job Details:

· Assist the projects team in running day to day operations

· Assist in operation and administrative support of our client's foreign workforce

· Provide our client full HR on-boarding support for their foreign workforce

· Working closely with our client to provide administrative support to its foreign workforce administrative matters (eg. work pass renewals, application, cancellation and etc.)

· Perform outbound office duties (eg. Coordinating foreign worker medical examination, bringing candidates to report to work and etc)

· Responsible to provide housing management support to our clients (eg. liaising with housing agent to source for suitable housing units, conducting housing inspection, housing inventory matters and other housing related matters)

· Other work and tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirement:

· A hardworking and highly self-motivated individual with good learning spirit

· Able to do outbound job duties, willing to travel around Singapore

· Meticulous and detail oriented

· Able to work closely and meet deadline.

· Enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life
