Site Supervision & Operational Oversight
- Supervise daily cleaning operations across assigned locations.
- Ensure cleaning standards, schedules, and procedures are followed.
- Conduct routine inspections and rectify issues promptly.
Staff Management
- Assist in recruitment, training, and deployment of cleaning personnel.
- Monitor staff performance and discipline.
- Manage work schedules, attendance, and resolve staff-related issues.
Client Service & Communication
- Act as the point of contact for clients at assigned sites.
- Respond to client feedback, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including:
- Site inspection reports
- Staff attendance records
- Incident reports
- Inventory and consumables usage
- Provide summary reports to management and clients as required.
- Maintain accurate and updated site documentation.
Inventory & Equipment Control
- Monitor and manage the use of cleaning materials and tools.
- Ensure timely replenishment and proper storage of supplies.
- Report equipment malfunction and coordinate maintenance or replacement.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to company policies and NEA/WSQ guidelines.
- Promote workplace safety and hygiene practices at all sites.
- Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of proven experience in site supervision or operations within the cleaning, facilities management, or a related service industry. Direct experience with managing cleaning teams is a significant plus.
- Knowledge/Qualifications: Familiarity with cleaning standards, procedures, basic equipment/materials, and relevant NEA/WSQ guidelines and certificates related to workplace safety practices.
- Communication Skills: Good command of English (both written and spoken) to interact with clients, staff, and prepare reports.
- Management Skills: Basic ability to supervise and coordinate staff, manage schedules, and handle minor HR-related issues.
- Problem-Solving: Capability to identify and rectify operational issues promptly.
- Computer Literacy: Competency in using basic office software for reporting and documentation (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
