Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide after-sales assistance
  • Prepare quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders, and invoicing
  • Liaise with suppliers, manage price negotiations, and delivery
  • Manage stock inventory and logistics for local and overseas stock points
  • Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues
  • Work efficiently in a dynamic environment with good attention to detail
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player with excellent communication and project management skills
  • Manage daily challenges while maintaining accuracy in work
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience

Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of the maritime industry and logistics being an advantage.
