Job description

Mind Stretcher, Singapore’s leading Tuition & Enrichment chain, is looking for a Printing Associate to manage our Head Office, learning centers, warehouse, and printing facilities. If you're a hands-on problem solver with technical and logistical expertise, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics & Printing

    • Operate high-volume printers and finishing equipment to produce printed materials for classes, events, and internal use

    • Collate, pack, and label printed materials according to centre requirements and schedules

    • Coordinate and carry out timely deliveries of materials to all Mind Stretcher centres

    • Assist in the physical setup of furniture and equipment during relocations, internal events, or ad hoc deployments

    • Maintain and organize the inventory of printed materials, and other supplies in the warehouse

    • Participate in regular stock-taking and ensure accurate inventory tracking

    • Prepare and manage delivery documentation and coordinate with the team for invoicing matters

    • Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching.

    • Assist in setting up new learning centres, including logistical preparation, transportation, and on-site setup

Requirements:

  • NITEC or equivalent technical qualification

  • Valid Class 3 Driving License (essential)

  • Basic troubleshooting skills for office and AV equipment (e.g., printers, laptops, projectors)

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings during major centre setups or peak periods
