Job Description:


  • Daily Operations Support:
    • Assist in managing day-to-day production processes to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

    • Help monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production as needed.

  • Process & Quality Monitoring:

    • Track and report on production progress, identifying any potential issues that could impact quality or timelines.

    • Ensure products meet the company’s high-quality standards by assisting with quality checks.

  • Team Coordination:

    • Collaborate with the production team to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

    • Assist in resolving any immediate operational issues that may arise during production.

  • Documentation & Reporting:

    • Maintain basic records of production activities and inventory, ensuring data accuracy.

    • Prepare simple reports to update management on production status and any challenges faced.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience of operations in a precision engineering or manufacturing setting.
