Responsibilities

• Conduct market fundamental research and analysis in commodity trading.
• Support Trader’s daily trading activities and internal work process improvements.
• Update and register deals and data in relevant systems timely.

Job Description

• Commodity trading market fundamental research and analysis.
• Commodity shipping market intelligence and analysis.
• Support operator’s daily operation activities.
• Support the trading activities including billing, documentations and reporting.
• Works closely with Traders and relevant departments on trade terms as per contract. Support Trader’s daily trading activities.
• Update and register deals and data in relevant systems and databases in timely fashion and ensure that adequate records are kept to meet the company’s fiscal obligations.
• Contributes to the improvement of internal work processes.
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by immediate superior/Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder of Maritime or equivalent.
• Familiar in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Work independently.
• Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
