Qualifications

• Strong understanding of MPA/ICA/PSA procedures.

Job Description :-

• Coordinate and follow up with relevant parties for bunkering and crew change operations

• Liaise with customers and other relevant parties to provide updates and resolve any issues

• Prepare and process all necessary application with MPA / ICA/ PSA for vessel's arrival & departure and crew change formalities

• Monitor vessels schedule and provide regular updates to parties concerned

• Any adhoc works as required

Requirements :-

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar operations role, preferably in the ship agency industry

• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage as need to liaise with China customers

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of MPA / ICA / PSA procedures and customs regulations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational goals

• Able to commence work immediately
