Factory Operation Executive Job Duty - Report to Operation Manager
This position mainly oversees two areas:
All facilities in public areas of the buildings, including:
Security/guards
Cleaning services
Gardening
Warehouse monitoring and inspection:
Ensuring incoming goods are accurate and properly received.
Proper storage of the warehouse and maintenance of its facilities.
Management and control of warehouse shipments.
1. Factory and Facilities Management
Ensure Factory facilities (Fire, Security, Building etc.) comply with Agencies regulations/guidelines and company procedures/standards.
Track & follow up on annual or periodic inspection & license renewal (Fire certificate/Diesel storage/Gas storage/Lift usage).
Perform & coordinate routine inspections on maintenance of building facilities/general facilities hygiene cleanliness to ensure factory operation at optimum levels and environmental compliance.
Raise, monitor and coordinate maintenance/repair work assignments by technicians performing property maintenance works.
Ensure and coordinate pest control and housekeeping control measures in the factory are performed in accordance with approved procedures.
Maintain records of entry and exit of all (Visitors/Contractors/Suppliers/Vendors/officers from MOM, NEA, AVA, and SCDF).
Manage Security Guards on site & Security Company.
Provide weekly/monthly report updates (Duty Roster/Attendance).
Manage and oversee evaluation of warehouse operators and cleaners to improve their skills and efficiency.
Manage and monitor building keys.
2. Logistic Management
Support Logistics on document & inventory management.
Ensure Local, Export and Online orders on-time delivery service to customers; follow company SOP.
Ensure smooth coordination with warehouse on all orders.
Monitor Inventory movement based on actual sales with forecast.
Authorize override of warehouse head to handle warehouse operation whenever necessary.
Stand-in for staff regarding Local, Export and online orders whenever necessary.
Any other duties as assigned by the Company. The Company reserves the right to transfer you to other sections or departments and enlarge your job scope if necessary.
Job Requirement:
Min Diploma or relevant field.
Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience, preferably with experience in Food Factory Operation.
Experience in building upkeep and facility management is an advantage.
