Job Description
The Operations Executive is responsible for supervising multiple teams of supervisors, team leaders, and cleaners in multiple public sectors while ensuring service quality delivery and safety. This includes assisting in planning of cleaning service operations work plans, incident management, and managing inventory of the cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment used in public sectors. He is also required to provide guidance to the supervisors, team leaders, and cleaners via orientation programmes, toolbox briefings, and On-the-Job Training/coaching.
Key Tasks
Understand assigned sector team daily scheduled cleaning routes/activities including awareness, inspections, updates on area boundary changes, and special events.
Coordinate with supervisors and clients to ensure quality service delivery.
Assist in development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery.
Compile and analyse relevant data to propose recommendations for cleaning process improvement.
Plan and select appropriate equipment and/or technologies and supplies for the assigned sites.
Manage control and allocation of resources to the assigned sites.
Facilitate effective work processes, work schedules, and deployment of manpower with work plans, timesheets, and assigned cleaning duties meeting cleaning contract requirements.
Facilitate capability development of staff - Cleaners, Team Leaders, and Supervisors via driving effective work processes, conducting task briefing/induction programmes, gathering feedback, recommending process improvements, and promoting good teamwork in alignment with organisational core values.
Guide teams including reporting and updating on incidents and emergencies to the management.
